Daycare

Dog daycare is similar to the daycare you may take your children to. It is a safe home-away-from-home where your dog gets to socialize, make new friends, play, and interact with our staff in a safe & fun environment.

Our staff is constantly supervising the dogs’ play so that they have fun and are safe. We make sure the play doesn’t get too rough or get out of hand.

We have water and potty breaks scheduled during the day, to ensure that your dog does not get out of their routine. Lunch is not provided by us, unless specifically requested and provided by the parents. We give biscuits and other treats if you do not mind.

Because we are constantly supervising the dogs, we are constantly cleaning and also making sure nobody gets hurt. While dogs can play rough, we are right there to make sure things don’t get out of hand. We are also constantly sterilizing the toys and the play equipment to cut down on germs.

We take all size dogs and we also take all ages (puppies after 16 weeks). We have two large inside play areas available at all times. This allows us to separate the dogs for size and temperament. We welcome puppies after 16 weeks of age and all dogs must be spayed or neutered after age 7 months. Not only does this prevent aggression, but also eliminates constant marking.

Boarding

We know that you do not want your baby in a kennel all day, so all overnights at Ruff Daze include regular day care services. Your precious pup only spends the night in kennels suited for comfort and safety. Rest assured that all of the dogs in our care get special personal attention from our staff. Both weekday and weekend bookings are available. Weekend stays get plenty of playtime each day, so not to worry… they’re still running with the pack!

All of our sleeping quarters are “OVERSIZED” but by the end of the day your pup is so tired he’s ready to hit the sack anywhere!
It is best if you bring your own food for overnighters (it helps their tummies).
Also bring a blanket or favorite toy.

Kennel sizes vary from spacious sleeping areas to small kennels for the little ones – ( bring a blanket to lay on ! )

Be courteous and notify us of a boarding reservation cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the boarding stay.
